It can take up to 10 working days for your returned item(s) to make it back to us. We aim to process all returns within 2-3 working days of receiving your returned Love Leggings parcel. Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you a confirmation email of your return and that your refund. 

Once processed, refunds can take up to 5 working days to be reaccredited to your original payment method. 

If your Love Leggings parcel shows that is has been successfully delivered back to our HQ, and you have not had any further correspondence from us after 2-3 working days, then please contact us.
