  • Where is my Order? Track Order?

    All orders are dispatched within 1 working day and the estimated delivery time varies depending on the shipping service selected at checkout. 

    To track your order, please follow the link above which will redirect you to the Royal Mail website. You will need your tracking number which can be found in the dispatch email sent from us or by creating and logging in to your love leggings account.

    Returns are FREE to all UK customers via Royal Mail. Please return your item(s) by the following steps. 

    1)Click on the above link, which will redirect you to the Royal Mail website

    2)Follow the returns instructions using your order ID. Your order ID can be found on your returns form, order confirmation email and from your love leggings account. 

    3)Print off your postage label and take your parcel to your local post office

    3b) DON’T HAVE A PRINTER? - No problem, your local post office can print this for you

    4) When packaging the parcel, try and use our mailbag as it has a second seal- alternatively a secure box or mailer. 

    5) For exchanges, please complete the returns form so that we can process this promptly for you

    6) Keep the return postage receipt, just in case

    7) Your refund or exchange will be processed within 48 hours of us receiving your returned parcel

    Please note that if you choose not to use our free service, you will be fully liable for the cost of return. 

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    IF you are based outside of the UK, we recommend returning your order via your local postal service at a basic rate. You will be liable for the cost of return. Remember to keep your postage receipt just in case your parcel does not reach us. 

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    All items must be returned within 28 days from the day your order was delivered. 

    All items must be returned with the tags still secure and unbroken

    Once opened, we cannot accept returns on tights for hygiene reason

    Any products covered in human/animal hair will not be accepted

    FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £20

    Your order will be dispatched within 24 working hours. The cut off time for same day dispatch is 4pm. 

    Standard Tracked Delivery (UK) - £1.99

    Delivery up to 2-3 working days from placing your order

    Delivery Is Monday to Saturday.

    Next Day Delivery (UK) - £4.99

    Place your order before 4pm Monday-Thursday to get it the next day.

    Next Day Delivery is only available Monday to Friday.

    If any next day orders are placed on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

    International Shipping

    Europe Tracked - £7.99

    Delivery is 5-7 days depending on location

    USA & Canada Tracked - £7.99

    Delivery is 5-7 days depending on location.

    Please calculate import duty at the necessary rate

  • I want to change my order

    We are unable to make changes to any orders once they have been processed, so please be extra careful when inputting address details, etc. 

    We offer free UK returns and exchanges, so if you have selected the wrong size or colour at checkout, then please follow our returns instructions to arrange an exchange. 

  • You have sent the wrong product.

    Firstly, if you have received the wrong product we apologise sincerely. Unfortunately mistakes can sometimes happen, but we are always on hand to rectify them. We offer free UK returns so please follow the return instructions above to arrange an exchange and we will get the correct items sent out to you immediately. 

  • I have received a faulty product

    Firstly, if you have received a faulty product we sincerely apologise. Unfortunately sometimes faulty products can slip through our quality control, but we are always on hand to rectify any issues. Please complete the contact form to the right, explaining the issue and someone will get back to you with a prompt solution. Please  attach any photos displaying the fault to help speed up the resolution.
